Declan Ross-Thomas MBA FIAP FCMI
Declan is an experienced business focused CIO, project director and security consultant with 30 years of public sector IT/services experience. Declan operates from being a Trusted Advisor to Boards and an SRIE through to facilitation and thought leadership to develop pragmatic business cases and proposals across multiple technologies and solutions with a strong technical validation.
With a background delivering projects and programmes from R&D through to long-term service arrangements both in the UK and abroad, Declan has managed and mentored large and small teams both on, near, and offshore for in-house and outsourced arrangements. He is focused on maximising value for money and client satisfaction. Declan has had numerous thought-provoking articles published and been a public speaker at prestigious events. He holds degrees in Computer Studies and an MBA.
